Employee Satisfaction Assessment
Employee Satisfaction Assessments help to evaluate employee morale and satisfaction within the organization. It helps to determine if workers feel valued, have interesting and meaningful work, and are paid fairly in comparison to their peers.
Sample Acton Experience:
Acton worked with a fabrication facility to help determine which new products should be produced when the facility has excess capacity. The market analysis included primary research consisting of interviews with current product users and an environmental scan (secondary research) for competing products, geographic opportunities, and an evaluation of the overall economic outlook that may impact future sales for the products. After the market analysis was completed, Acton provided a report on the sales and market potential for the products.
Acton worked with a financial institution to conduct an employee satisfaction survey to determine how staff dealt with organizational changes. The survey focused on two areas of employee satisfaction – their job and compensation. Following the completion of the survey, Acton developed a report that summarized the findings of the survey and provided recommendations.
