Acton Consulting can assist businesses align employee roles and responsibilities with their corporate strategic plan. This includes the steps that need to be taken to ensure company goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner. Performance management will establish a shared understanding of what is to be achieved, and how to achieve it.
At an organization level, Acton can provide a review of the current performance management framework and develop a diagnostic report based on the findings. This process helps make the employer/employee performance evaluation more effective, as well as, providing performance measurement training to senior management (what is performance measurement, how to measure it successfully, etc). For an organization, Acton can develop performance measures at the overall organizational level, and provide strategic insight that will drive future planning and implementation with the corporate strategy.
Sample Acton Experience:
Acton completed a Performance Review that assisted both employees and managers in addressing appropriate and poor performance. Specific deliverables included the development of a “three point” rating scale for performance reviews, as well as the creation of a performance management flowchart to outline the process for performance evaluations. Acton also advised the company on when, and how, to give performance management reviews and appraisals.
