The company’s marketing efforts were producing leads for its sales team, but most were severely unqualified resulting in many false sales starts. By engaging in a research assignment, we were able to identify the niche pain points that the software solved, and then tailor a series of key brand messages to apply to each target market. Once the brand identity and messages were documented, we created a series of campaigns that focused on each niche rather than the previous broad campaign the company engaged in. The new campaign produced a much higher quality of leads for the sales team to work with, resulting in the sales team hitting record revenue numbers.
