As a University of Alberta Bachelor of Commerce graduate who majored in marketing, Lisette Moores thrives on diverse challenges and she enjoys many in her position as Acton’s analyst. Her current responsibilities include researching best practices for clients and internal processes, conducting client surveys, and documenting consulting methodologies. 

Lisette has spent time honing her superior customer service skills in the service industry for the last six years. Always seeking innovative solutions for her clients, she looks forward to fine-tuning her skills and learning from each client experience and interaction at Acton.

In her spare time, Lisette enjoys karaoke and is a board member with the Action for Healthy Communities, an organization that provides grants to inner city projects.
