Alison has recently joined Acton in the role of a Human Resources Analyst.

As a graduate of the Human Resource Management program at MacEwan College, Alison enjoys the dynamic nature of her HR Analyst position. Her current responsibilities include HR and best practices research, compensation reviews, HR policy development, HR strategic planning; and HR effectiveness/ department reviews.

Prior to joining Acton, Alison worked in various HR capacities in the recruiting industry and in the health care sector. Working towards her CHRP designation, she strives to provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.

Alison spends her time away from Acton taking courses to continue her education, snowboarding, and camping.
