Emily Brodeur, BComm. CA has joined Acton Consulting as a Principal.  Emily brings expertise in process analysis, performance measurement, capital project & strategic financial analysis, and activity based costing to the Acton client.

Emily has over 17 years of financial management and project leadership experience in a variety of sectors including municipal government, telecommunications, regulatory, adult education, heavy construction, pension administration, oil & gas production, forestry, customer service support, chemical processing, and non-profit organizations. 

Common to her work in all sectors, Emily enjoys the development and delivery of decision support information, both financial and non-financial, for executive and operational managers.
