Administrative Process Review, Transportation and Civil Engineering/Alberta Transportation

Acton lead Alberta's Transportation and Civil Engineering department through a review of the administrative components of its operations, construction, bridges, properties, and infrastructure work processes. Following the review, Acton helped realign these processes with the department's current business needs and build a performance framework linking individual performance to the department's business strategies and objectives. 

This resulted in better use of staff and created a more efficient and effective division.
