Bruce Acton, President MBA, BSc, Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) Bruce Acton is an expert in quality management, business process redesign, organizational reviews, activity-based costing, and performance measurement (Balanced Scorecard). He teaches courses for a number of professional accounting bodies and at the graduate level for a major Canadian university.
In addition to teaching courses, Mr. Acton is in demand as a guest speaker and has presented to the Canadian and U.S. federal governments, Xerox, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA), and provincial chapters of CGA (Chartered General Accountants).

Dave McGarva, Principal MBA, BEd, BA, Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Dave McGarva consults to public and private sectors on business process redesign, knowledge management, capital asset reinvestment planning, activity-based costing, performance measurement, and organizational reviews. He teaches (and has developed) educational programs for a wide range of audiences from undergraduate business topics to graduate-level consulting courses.
Mr. McGarva is also a respected speaker and has delivered a two-day knowledge management workshop to the U.S. federal government in Washington.
