Implementing Corporate & Competitive Strategy

Want to learn more about how to develop effective business strategy and execute it?  Join Bruce Acton of Acton Consulting as he leads you through the latest business strategy models, methodologies, practical tools and exercises that will shape your organization’s unique strategy moving forward.   

He will help you turn your developed business strategy into a strategy map. A strategy map is an effective measurement tool that provides organizations with a graphic depiction of their business strategy. It translates the business strategy into action by allocating appropriate resources to key projects and initiatives, and identifying communication channels and tools to engage and support your strategy. Your organization’s current initiatives can also be tested against the strategy map to determine their ongoing function. The strategy map does all of this with a focus on preserving, and enhancing, core operations.
 
The seminar will use lecture, discussion and break out exercises to engage participants in the learning process, and to guide you through your strategic business plan and objectives.
